About Maeva Komenan

Maeva Komenan is a fashion, portrait, and commercial photographer/videographer based in the D(M)V area. Her focus is on studio photography, creative direction and storytelling. She is 33 years old, originally from Ivory Coast. She moved to the USA with her family when she was 12 years old and quickly gravitated towards are, which has allowed her to tell her own stories and document others in an authentic way. She prides herself on her versatility, attention to detail, ability to to adapt and product amazing work no matter the environment or obstacles. Her goal is to continue to tell stories through her images and to redefine and revolutionize what it means to be “beautiful.”
