We get sticky and sensual with Claire Jamison, a Brooklyn-based actor, writer, and producer. She is also the founder of Power of the People Combined, a foundation to raise funds for local non-profits.

In our session together, we tapped into how using the 5 senses awakens and expands our sensuality… specifically touch… specifically touching mushrooms. Claire gets deep into how these sensual observations help us to let go of expectations of what should look and feel sexy, find different ways to strengthen our relationships, and have more compassion for ourselves as we explore the fluidity of our identity.
